Nortech Systems FOCUS Initiative 

At Nortech, our FOCUS  Initiative permeates everything we do. FOCUS at Nortech is defined as “ The relentless pursuit of eliminating waste from every business process and practice”. FOCUS  goes beyond just Lean principles in manufacturing. It also includes every business process starting with the Corporate offices.  

FOCUS  utilizes such tools as Lean, Kaizen, Six-Sigma, Rapid Action, ISO, Balanced Scorecard, 5S, Visual Management, etc. Its main objective is to add value to our customers in all that we do as well as improving the quality of each of our employees work lives by involving every employee of the Company in FOCUS .
